PMO-as-a-Service

01
What it is
PMO-as-a-Service operates an agreed PMO capability on a time-bound or recurring basis, without requiring the client to establish a permanent PMO immediately. It coordinates plans, progress, costs where in scope, quality controls, decisions, dependencies and vendor commitments, and provides reliable evidence for management action.
02
How we help
- Operate PMO routines, integrated planning, reporting cycles, decision logs and management forums.
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, change requests, dependencies, quality actions and agreed cost/resource indicators.
- Control vendor commitments against agreed scope, contractual milestones and deliverables; monitor resource availability, acceptance evidence, deviations, corrective actions and escalations.
- Prepare executive and steering dashboards, track decisions and cross-party actions, and consolidate portfolio visibility where agreed.
03
Typical deliverables
- PMO operating model, integrated reporting calendar and management-control framework.
- Executive dashboards, steering packs, RAID/change/CAPA registers and action follow-up.
- Vendor Commitments & Performance Dashboard covering milestones, deliverables, acceptance status, dependencies, resource commitments and escalations.
- Reusable PMO toolkit, control repository and knowledge-transfer plan.
04
Business value
Reliable implementation oversight and earlier identification of delivery and vendor performance gaps, with traceable ownership, timely escalation and stronger management decisions.
