Project QA & Quality Control

01

What it is

Project quality combines preventive assurance of implementation practices with objective checks of deliverables, testing evidence and readiness. CoreViaApproach distinguishes process assurance from output validation and supports critical quality gates.

02

How we help

  • Assess methodology compliance, quality plans and preventive controls.
  • Review deliverables, testing evidence, defects and closure effectiveness against agreed criteria.
  • Support quality gates, UAT readiness, cutover readiness and corrective/preventive action follow-up.
  • Apply structured quality scoring, defect-closure evidence and corrective/preventive action checks before acceptance or go-live gates.

03

Typical deliverables

  • QA/QC review plan and evidence checklist.
  • Deliverable quality findings, gate-readiness assessment and CAPA register.
  • Executive quality dashboard with residual risks and recommendations.
  • Weighted quality findings and Go/No-Go readiness recommendation with unresolved risks.

04

Business value

Earlier detection of process and deliverable defects, more transparent residual risks and stronger evidence for acceptance and go-live decisions.

05

Typical outcomes

  • Earlier identification of methodology, process and deliverable quality gaps.
  • Better traceability of testing, defect closure and acceptance evidence.
  • More consistent application of quality and readiness gates.
  • Clearer ownership of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Better-informed milestone, acceptance and go-live decisions.

06

Engagement approach

Independent review of selected milestones or ongoing quality-assurance support. The project team remains responsible for delivery and acceptance.
